Background Checks for Volunteers
Volunteers are always needed and appreciated! Everyone (parents, grandparents, friends, neighbors, relatives, etc) who wishes to volunteer must complete a background check. Your background check is valid for 4 years. After that, you will need to reapply. If you move from another FCPS school to Meadowthorpe, you will need to reapply to add Meadowthorpe to your approved school list.

Your help is always needed! If you can give one hour, we can use your help in the morning, afternoons and at nights. Please make sure you have completed a background check with Fayette County Schools at this link. Even if you have volunteered at another school or volunteered at Meadowthorpe, please click on the link to verify if you need to complete another application.
